The Opportunity
As a PI Case Manager Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting Case Managers in the development and progression of client cases, ensuring our clients receive the maximum settlement they deserve.

Key Responsibilities
- Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and Medical/CARE.
- Request and follow up on police reports and medical records.
- Schedule medical appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
- Verify balances with medical providers.




- Prepare case files for submission to demand writers.

Skills & Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Case Manager or Case Manager Assistant (Personal Injury preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress (preferred).
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail, proactive and positive attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage a high volume of PI pre-litigation cases.
- Experience with Litify or Salesforce (strong plus).
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
