Job Summary
Seeking an experienced Technical Program/Product leader with 8+ years of leadership experience across Product, Engineering, or PMO environments. The role will lead complex, large-scale AI/ML and GenAI initiatives from strategy and use-case definition through production launch and continuous improvement.

The idóneo candidate will have strong experience with AI model lifecycle, responsible AI governance, and collaboration with Security, Legal, and C-level stakeholders. This position requires hands-on familiarity with GenAI tools such as Claude and Cursor, along with SDLC, product lifecycle, and project management methodologies.

The candidate will drive business outcomes by connecting technical programs to revenue, cost savings, and operational efficiency metrics. Strong executive communication, people leadership, change management, and experience managing globally distributed, matrixed teams are essential.
