Coordinate and execute tasks related to the corporate legal function in Mexico,
providing timely, business-oriented legal advice on corporate governance,
commercial transactions and strategic projects. The position protects the
company’s interests while enabling responsible decision-making, operational
continuity and execution of business priorities in accordance with applicable
law and internal policies.

Qualifications

Experience:

* Minimum 8 years of progressively responsible legal experience, including
substantial corporate and commercial law practice in a multinational company
and/or a leading law firm.
* Demonstrable experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial
agreements, advising stakeholders and managing multiple matters with sound
judgment and appropriate escalation.
* Experience in corporate governance, powers of attorney, legal-entity
management,



regulatory compliance and cross-border or intercompany
transactions.
* Automotive or manufacturing industry experience is preferred. Experience
working with international teams and business communications in English and
Spanish is required.

Technical Knowledge:

* Mexican corporate, commercial and civil law; contract law; corporate
governance; delegations of authority and powers of attorney.
* Legal risk assessment, negotiation, regulatory compliance,
competition/antitrust awareness, privacy awareness, dispute prevention and
management of external counsel.
* Business and financial acumen; project management; legal operations, written
and spoken English and Spanish; proficiency with standard digital
collaboration and document-management tools.
