PPC Specialist (Google Ads & Paid Media) – Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a PPC Specialist to own paid media performance across Google Ads, Local Services Ads (LSAs), Meta Ads, and landing page optimization for a rapidly growing multi-location home services business.
This is not a campaign monitoring role.
You’ll take ownership of paid media strategy, campaign execution, lead generation, budget optimization, and conversion performance across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with marketing leadership to improve lead quality, reduce acquisition costs, and maximize return on ad spend.

What You’ll OwnGoogle Ads & Local Services Ads (LSAs)
Manage Google Ads MCC accounts across multiple locations and service areas.
Build, launch, and optimize Search campaigns.
Manage Local Services Ads (LSAs) to maximize lead quality and visibility.
Conduct keyword research, search term analysis,



and negative keyword management.
Optimize bidding strategies, audiences, ad copy, and campaign structure.
Monitor daily budget pacing and campaign performance.
Scale successful campaigns while reducing wasted spend.
Landing Page Optimization
Design, build, and optimize landing pages using platforms such as:
Unbounce
Instapage
Conduct A/B testing on:
Headlines
Forms
Calls-to-action (CTAs)
Layouts
Improve conversion rates across service categories and locations.
Launch new location-specific and service-specific landing pages.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
Build weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
Track and analyze:
Cost Per Lead (CPL)
Cost Per Booked Job
Conversion Rate
Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
Identify trends, optimization opportunities, and performance issues.
Provide actionable recommendations backed by campaign data.
Present insights to leadership.
