We are seeking a Senior Cloud Engagement Consultant to guide Google Cloud modernization and AI pursuits with strong technical and commercial credibility. You will lead end-to-end pipeline creation, partner with client teams on co-sell motions, and advise stakeholders from VP to C-level across strategic opportunities. Responsibilities

Drive opportunities end-to-end, covering qualification, deal shaping, technical solutioning, and win strategy
Serve as pursuit leader on strategic deals and coordinate solution architects, delivery, and EPAM Business Units
Facilitate business and technical workshops with client teams to move pursuits forward and align on outcomes
Own Net New and Expansion revenue targets within assigned verticals and run a proactive pipeline and operating cadence
Embed within top accounts to create joint EPAM–client strategies and execute land-and-expand motions across cloud migration, app modernization, data, and AI
Advise senior client stakeholders from VP to C level and position EPAM as a long-term transformation partner




Cultivate strong relationships with client teams, industry and partnership teams, and lead joint executive sessions and ABM-style events
Execute joint GTM motions with the client and act as the primary EPAM deal lead in co-sell opportunities
Leverage client programs and funding such as PSF and DAF to speed deal closure and increase deal size
Coach EPAM Client Partners and pursuit teams on cloud business development and client co-sell best practices

Requirements

10+ years of experience in technology consulting, cloud services, or digital transformation, with recent focus on Google Cloud modernization and AI programs
Hands-on background in cloud migrations and engineering, with practical fluency in AI-driven delivery models (AI-Native Development, FDE)
Google technical certifications such as Cloud Professional Architect, Gemini Enterprise, or equivalent
Cross-industry exposure, with preferenc
