?URGENT HIRING – DRIVE TEST ENGINEER | 2-DAY FIELD PROJECT
We are looking for a Drive Test Engineer / Field Test Engineer for an urgent 2-day GPS/Telematics field testing project.
? Project Overview
The project involves approximately 14 hours of driving over 2 days across 4 completely different routes.
The objective is to test a Pelican Box containing a GPS module and monitor the module's LED/light indicators to ensure the device is functioning properly throughout different driving and environmental conditions.
? Drive Test Schedule
Day 1
Route 1: Approximately 3.5 hours
Route 2: Approximately 3.5 hours
Both routes must be different
Total driving: ~7 hours
Day 2
Route 3: Approximately 3.5 hours
Route 4: Approximately 3.5 hours
Routes must be different from each other and from Day 1
Total driving: ~7 hours
Total:~14 hours of driving across 2 days / 4 different routes.
?️ Route Planning – Important
The selected engineer will be responsible for planning and preparing all 4 driving routes.
The routes should be designed based on the engineer's local knowledge and should be suitable for the testing requirements.
Each of the 4 routes must be different and should collectively cover a variety of environments such as:

? Crowded / high-traffic areas
? Seaside / coastal areas
⛰️ Mountain / hilly areas
?️ Different road and traffic conditions
Other relevant environments available in the region
The engineer will prepare the proposed 4 routes and share them with us for review/approval before starting the drive test.
?️ Remote Technical Support
Our team will provide remote support throughout the project.
The engineer will not be working alone. We will guide and support the engineer remotely regarding:
Pelican Box setup
GPS module operation
LED/light indicator monitoring
Testing procedure
Route execution
Any technical issues encountered during testing
