About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Recruiter who can move fast, think strategically, and bring in top talent across borders, with a strong emphasis on LatAm recruiting. You'll own full-cycle hiring for both internal roles and client roles, driving everything from sourcing and outreach to interviews and offers.

This is not a coordinator role. It's built for someone who thrives in a startup environment, operates autonomously, and manages multiple priorities with precision. If you love the hunt, understand general talent markets, and know how to deliver results without layers of red tape, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end hiring across design, marketing, operations, and technical roles
- Lead intake calls, define role criteria, and set clear search strategies
- Source, screen, interview, and guide candidates through the hiring process, managing offers through to onboarding
- Build sourcing strategies specific to LatAm and global markets, maintaining strong understanding of compensation, talent pools, and cultural nuances
- Build relationships with candidates and nurture long-term pipelines
- Keep ATS pipelines clean, updated, and well-documented, improving workflows to reduce time-to-fill
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and build role briefs and interview plans
- Report on funnel metrics, conversion rates, and search performance
- Use AI sourcing tools and automation to scale outreach and improve shortlist quality

What We're Looking For

- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in agency or in-house environments
- Strong track record sourcing and hiring talent across LatAm and global regions
- Confident relationship builder with strong closing and offer negotiation skills
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools such as Workable, Lever, or similar




- Self-starter mindset with strong accountability and ownership

Nice to Have

- Experience hiring for creative, marketing, or technical roles
- Familiarity with AI-assisted sourcing tools or recruiting automation
- Background building recruiting processes from the ground up in a startup environment

Work Schedule

- 100% remote setup so you can work wherever you're most productive
- This position operates on a full-time basis, with dedicated hours to ensure alignment with the team and delivery of quality work
- Availability during US business hours

Compensation & Time Off

- Compensation paid in USD
- Paid bi-monthly on the 15th and 30th
- Up to 14 days of Paid Time Off annually, starting Day 1
- Holidays observed according to company guidelines
