WHY JOIN US
If you're looking for a place to grow, make an impact, and work with people who care, we'd love to meet you!
ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Product Manager to own the end-to-end acquisition product ecosystem across Shopify launches and legacy brand platforms, ensuring consistent lead generation capability across all markets and systems. You will lead configuration and readiness of acquisition automation workflows, design and drive 0-to-1 acquisition capabilities across tools and platforms, own cross-platform integrations for reliable lead flow, and enable global teams to independently operate acquisition campaigns. The role requires 4+ years of acquisition, growth, or marketing technology experience with hands-on Shopify integration expertise.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Own the end-to-end acquisition product ecosystem across Shopify launches and legacy brand platforms, ensuring consistent lead generation capability across all markets and systems.
- Lead configuration and readiness of acquisition automation workflows for new Shopify launches, ensuring systems are properly designed, tested, and validated prior to release.
- Ensure legacy brand teams are enabled to continue executing manual and semi-automated acquisition campaigns during platform transitions with minimal disruption.
- Own, test, and validate cross-platform integrations across multiple vendors and systems to ensure reliable lead flow, data accuracy, and system connectivity.
- Identify, design, and drive 0→1 acquisition capabilities across tools, platforms, and workflows to improve customer capture and conversion performance.
- Own onboarding, documentation, and training for acquisition systems and workflows to ensure integral teams can independently operate and scale operations, capabilities, and campaigns.
- Lead the development and optimization of custom on-site acquisition experiences that drive engagement, lead capture, and conversion.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure SEO readiness and continuity across global brand transitions from legacy platforms to Shopify.
- Ensure acquisition systems, workflows, and integrations are continuously tested, monitored, and operationally stable across all markets.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, inconsistencies,
and opportunities across the global acquisition technology and workflow ecosystem.
MUST HAVES
- 4+ years of proven experience in acquisition, growth, marketing technology, or product roles supporting customer acquisition systems at scale.
- Experience with Shopify integrations to support implementation work across Shopify, including lead generation automation workflows, SEO products, and custom digital experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to own and operate multiple platforms and vendors simultaneously within a complex, multi-system ecosystem.
- Strong experience designing, testing, and operationalizing cross-platform workflows and automation logic (end-to-end system thinking).
- Track record of driving 0→1 initiatives, especially in acquisition, conversion, or marketing technology environments.
- Ability to independently translate business needs into structured workflows, requirements, and operational solutions with minimal engineering dependency.
- Experience supporting both legacy systems and new platform launches, ensuring continuity during migrations or transitions.
- Strong operational discipline around documentation, testing, validation, and enablement of distributed global teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to align stakeholders across marketing, technology, and regional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities across complex systems and workflows.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership and minimal oversight.
- Upper-intermediate English level.
NICE TO HAVES
- Experience in eCommerce environments, particularly supporting large-scale platform migrations or storefront transformations.
- Familiarity with SEO strategy, implementation, and governance across multi-brand or multi-region environments.
- Experience with CRM, lifecycle marketing, or lead management systems in acquisition-focused organizations.
- Exposure to on-site conversion experiences, personalization, or interactive digital engagement platforms.
- Understanding of marketing automation ecosystems and integration-heavy Martech stacks.
- Experience supporting global teams with localized execution of acquisition or marketing programs.
- Working knowledge of data tools and analytics platforms used for marketing performance tracking.
- Basic technical literacy (APIs, webhooks, data flows, system integrations) sufficient to manage vendor conversations and workflows.
- Experience operating in Agile or iterative delivery environments, even if not engineering-facing.
- Background in managing or optimizing high-volume acquisition funnels across digital channels.
