- Good Attendance and punctuality is a must
- Basic mechanical and repair skills along with proper maintenance
- Ability to work independently and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Willing to submit to a Background check/drug test

Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Inside/ Outside Workers
- 1st Shift Monday through Thursday 1st- 5 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. We will expand to Overtime on Fridays and Half Days on Saturdays. Training 1st day on first shift.
- General landscaping and groundskeeping duties
- Perform minor building repairs, general cleaning,
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Operate and properly maintain heavy equipment,



including tractors, dozers, etc.
- Complete minor repairs and general facility fixes, including repairing broken locks, replacing light bulbs and addressing other basic maintenance needs
- Assist with cleaning and maintenance of machinery, equipment and facility areas.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on production equipment.
