Opportunity
Identity and Access Management (IAM) is a part of Information Security that enables over 330,000 individuals across 140+ countries to access systems and information securely.
As a member of the IAM team, this position will contribute to the execution of an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements, including but not limited to a complex Active Directory (AD) environment, hybrid cloud deployment, mobile computing, policy‐driven security, SSO, identity lifecycle management, and federation focusing on multiple protocols.
Your Key Responsibilities
Be a liaison between customer requirements and technology functionality
Understand customer mindset in terms of approach and interaction
Conduct proper root‐cause analysis and make recommendations to improve IAM processes or prevent future occurrences of end‐user issues
Provide technical advice for customer mail distribution inquiries and queries related to distribution lists and list support
Document issue details and resolutions into the support tracking system (ServiceNow)

To qualify for the role, you must have
Accurate and timely responses to requests for related services
Moderate knowledge of Outlook/Exchange
Moderate Microsoft Excel skills
Basic Active Directory knowledge
Understanding of Boolean logic
Knowledge of various desktop environments, applications, standard software, Microsoft Teams, network, servers and general connectivity
Time‐management skills to prioritize workload and work through assignments efficiently
Handling issues in a timely and efficient manner while utilizing excellent communication and interpersonal skills while interacting with requesters, management, executives and other personnel
Strong oral and written communication skills in English
Desire for continued process improvement and learning
Ideally, you'll also have
ITIL Foundation certification or equivalent
