Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience, including IT or business technology experience.
- 3+ years of experience supporting projects in areas such as Sales, Marketing, Pricing, CRM, Customer Experience, Order-to-Cash, Field Enablement, Distribution, Manufacturing, or Commercial Technology.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional teams without direct reporting authority.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in budgeting, forecasting, risk management, quality management, reporting, and project governance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.




- Ability to translate complex business and technical requirements into clear project plans and actionable deliverables.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

- PMP or CAPM certification preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce/CRM, pricing platforms, customer analytics, marketing automation, ERP integrations, order management, reporting, or field technology.
- Experience working with vendors and supporting RFI/RFP processes.
- Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of PMI project management practices and PMO governance.
- Experience working in fast-paced, highly cross-functional enterprise environments.
