The SAP Platform team helps clients drive large-scale S/4HANA-led transformations across sectors such as Resources, Products and CMT. We focus on the end-to-end delivery of complex SAP engagements — from blueprint, design and development to implementation — bringing together cross-functional teams to realize business value while managing project risks, plan and budget.

Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery / Program Management:

- Lead teams in client-facing roles on projects across the lifecycle from blueprint, design, development, and implementation of new and improved business processes.
- Execute and manage complex SAP transformation engagements.
- Bring together the end-to-end delivery for scope deliverables, working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders while managing project risks, plan and budget.
- Ability to foresee execution risks (e.g., resource risks, skills limitations) and plan mitigation.
- Pre-Sales activity, business assessment and roadmaps for clients; client advisory on S/4HANA-led transformation to overcome the client's business challenges.

Networking and Business Development:

- Create and manage relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Support project and practice leadership in expanding opportunities with existing clients through proactive identification of pain points and innovative solutioning.
- Support practice leadership on identifying and solutioning for new business opportunities.




- Support Accenture's pursuits related to S/4HANA opportunities by bringing together experts and building responses to Requests for Proposals and/or Requests for Information.

- Prior experience working on 4-5 large-scale transformation and implementation of delivery programs for global clients.

- Must have worked as an end-to-end SAP Solution / Functional Architect for at least 4-5 Request for Proposal (RFP) requests.

- S/4HANA platform experience in project delivery management, with exposure to one or multiple industries under Resources / Products / CMT, managing large SAP transformation projects.

- Deep expertise in the execution methodology of complex SAP engagements with a large scope.

- From a delivery perspective: experience executing and managing complex SAP transformation engagements.

- High proficiency of English (level C1 required).
