Responsibilities

- Receive inbound calls, emails, and work orders from tenants and work with the property managers, vendors, and other Windsor staff to resolve tenant issues
- Bid and manage vendor and building contracts
- Track and work with vendors to perform periodic scheduled preventative maintenance
- Periodically review vendors for pricing and performance

Qualifications

- Possess great interpersonal skills and empathy and exhibit a high degree of professionalism and teamwork
- Ability to handle a large volume of tasks simultaneously
- Exceptional organizational abilities to track ongoing items

Preferred Qualifications

- Exhibit an understanding of operations and maintenance procedures
- Knowledge of commercial buildings and maintenance
- Yardi Voyager experience helpful
