Kurek Group is looking for a
bilingual Spanish-English Front Desk Representative
to support healthcare operations remotely. This role focuses primarily on patient communication, appointment scheduling, administrative coordination, and maintaining accurate records.

The idóneo candidate is organized, empathetic, comfortable working with patients by phone and email, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced remote environment.

Position Summary

This role combines responsibilities in
front desk coordination, patient support, scheduling, and administrative operations
. You will handle inbound and outbound patient communications, coordinate appointments, maintain accurate records, and work closely with healthcare teams to ensure patients receive a professional and welcoming experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient Communication & Call Management
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Respond to voicemails, emails, and other patient inquiries.
- Address routine patient questions and escalate complex concerns when necessary.




- Communicate with US-based healthcare practices to assist with patient inquiries and scheduling.
- Provide a friendly and professional experience throughout each patient interaction.

Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel patient appointments using digital scheduling systems.
- Monitor daily schedules and help ensure smooth patient flow.
- Coordinate appointment information with healthcare teams.
- Follow up with patients regarding appointments and scheduling needs.

Administrative & Recordkeeping
- Maintain accurate digital records of patient interactions and appointments.
- Update CRM and scheduling systems with relevant information.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks related to patient accounts and healthcare operations.
