About Primer

Primer is a performance-creative agency. We build the ads that drive real results for our clients:

static, video, and UGC for paid social on Meta and TikTok, backed by strategy, media, and

landing-page work. We operate in pods (creative strategists, designers, and production

managers working a shared book of clients) and we move fast, iterate constantly, and let

performance data tell us what to make next.

The Role

We're bringing on an Associate Creative Strategist to support creative strategy and brief-

writing across client accounts. This is a hybrid role: part junior creative strategist, part creative

coordinator. You'll write the briefs our designers execute against, help shape the creative

direction of a client's assets, and contribute to concepting and strategy, all with the support of a

senior Creative Strategist.

We're starting this as a part-time, hourly engagement, likely with a test project up front. It's

built as a genuine on-ramp, with room to grow (below).

What You'll Do

● Write clear, actionable creative briefs (ad copy, UGC scripts, video,



landing-page direction)

that a designer can execute on the first round.

● Help shape and manage the creative direction of a client's assets, keeping work on-brand

and on-strategy.

● Contribute to concepting: bringing hooks, angles, and formats worth testing to the

strategist you support.

● Help translate ad performance and customer insight into creative input, with a senior CS

guiding the strategic calls.

● QA assets against brief, brand, copy, and spec before they move forward.

● Keep briefs, timelines, and status organized and current so the pod isn't chasing you.

This is built as an on-ramp. You'll start supporting an account's creative direction and briefs

alongside a senior Creative Strategist. As you build a track record, the path opens toward:
