About StimuliCat
StimuliCat is a fast-scaling DTC cat brand doing $2M+/month in revenue. We sell physical products (led by our flagship Instinct Basket) primarily through our Shopify store, with a Meta-first paid strategy. We're now expanding into Google Ads, AppLovin, and other channels. Our remote team spans Argentina, Kosovo, the Philippines, and Europe.

The Role
You'll own paid acquisition across multiple platforms. On Meta, we have a proven system (Bid Cap CBO structure, creative-driven scaling, Triple Whale attribution) that you'll execute and optimize. On Google and other channels, you'll build campaigns from scratch and develop what works.
This is a hands-on, in-the-account role. You're not managing other media buyers or presenting decks. You're launching campaigns, reading data daily, and making decisions that directly impact spend and revenue.

What You'll Do
Build and scale Google Ads campaigns: Search, Shopping, Performance Max
Set up search campaigns with dedicated landing pages, test angles,



and optimize for conversion
Execute and optimize Meta campaigns following our established strategy and structure
Launch and test AppLovin and evaluate other emerging acquisition channels
Coordinate with our creative and CRO team on landing page performance and iteration
Monitor performance daily across all platforms, making real-time budget and bid adjustments
Work closely with our creative team to inform what's working and what to produce next
Report on cross-channel performance with clear attribution (we use Triple Whale)

Requirements (non-negotiable)
Proven Google Ads experience: you've built and scaled Search, Shopping, and/or Performance Max campaigns yourself
Experience running search campaigns with dedicated landing pages underneath, including testing and optimizing the full click-to-conversion path
Track record across multiple paid channels (Meta, Google, and at least one other platform).
