Key Responsibilities

- Communicate with clients regarding vacation preferences, requests, and requirements
- Research accommodations, transportation, activities, and other available services
- Assist with coordinating reservations and booking details
- Review options and confirmations for accuracy
- Provide clients with important information and updates
- Assist with modifications and special requests
- Maintain organized client and reservation documentation
- Follow up on outstanding details and upcoming arrangements




- Communicate with service providers when additional coordination is required
- Provide professional support throughout the planning and booking process

Qualifications

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Customer-focused attitude
- Comfortable researching information and options online
- Ability to manage multiple client requests
- Comfortable using email, online systems, and digital platforms
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up abilities
- Previous customer service, hospitality, reservations, or planning experience is helpful but not required
