Agile Engine is seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design AI agents that analyze Service Now Discovery logs, classify failures, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions at enterprise scale.
You will integrate OpenAI and Anthropic APIs via RAG and vector databases, convert runbooks into reusable workflows in Python, and apply production-grade CI/CD, testing, and observability to improve Discovery reliability across MID Servers and patterns.
