AI Video Creator / Editor — Remote

We’re looking for talented AI Video Creators / Editors to join the video editing team at Leads Icon.

Work setup

- 100% remote
- Monday to Friday
- Full-time role

We’re especially interested in people who know how to use AI to create high-quality, attention-grabbing video content for digital advertising and performance marketing.

We’d love to hear from you if you have experience with:

- AI video generation and editing tools
- Creating realistic or highly engaging AI-generated scenes
- Combining AI-generated content with traditional video editing
- Short-form advertising creatives for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
- Testing different concepts, hooks and creative variations




- Using AI to improve creative quality and production speed

Highly valued:

- Experience automating creative or video production workflows
- Experience working with AI-focused YouTube or TikTok channels
- Ability to build scalable processes around AI content creation
- Performance marketing experience

What matters most is strong creative judgment, proven AI video skills and the ability to use AI efficiently at scale.
