We are looking for an experienced C# Tech Lead to join an international engineering team working on the modernization and continuous development of web-based applications.

This role combines technical leadership, people leadership, software architecture, and hands-on development . You will mentor engineers, guide technical decisions, remove blockers, support career development, and contribute directly to the delivery of high-quality software.

? About the Role

You will be responsible for:

● Leading and mentoring a team of software engineers

● Conducting regular 1:1s and supporting career growth

● Helping recruit, interview, and onboard engineering talent

● Removing technical and execution blockers

● Providing technical guidance and prioritizing engineering work

● Designing and delivering new features based on the product roadmap

● Leading the modernization of legacy applications

● Adopting modern web architectures, including React-based SPAs, API-first design, and cloud-native practices

● Developing, testing, delivering, and maintaining high-quality software

● Participating in sprint planning and estimation

● Working closely with Business Analysts, Architects, and QA

● Driving engineering best practices, code quality, and continuous improvement

● Ensuring solutions meet scalability, reliability, performance, and security requirements

? Top Skills Required

● 6+ years of professional software engineering experience

● 2+ years leading software engineering teams

● Strong proficiency in C#/.NET

● Experience designing and delivering scalable web applications





● Experience with React

● Strong experience with SQL Server

● Strong understanding of REST API design and development

● Strong understanding of software architecture and design patterns

● Experience with unit testing and mocking frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, or Moq

● Experience with code reviews and engineering quality practices

● Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

● Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments

● Strong English communication skills
