We're hiring: AI Content Creator & Social Media Specialist | Remote · LATAM

Arvenda is a staffing company connecting top talent with U.S.-based agencies. We are recruiting a creative, high-energy AI Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to power a multi-brand social content engine — blending human storytelling with cutting-edge generative AI workflows to concept, film, edit, and launch high-impact short-form video and visual content.

This role operates on CST hours and serves as a creative extension of a U.S. marketing team, working across the agency brand, the CEO's personal thought leadership, venture projects, and select client accounts.

What you'll do

Agency Brand & Executive Content (50%)

- Concept, script, record, edit, and generate high-impact short-form video (Reels, TikTok, Shorts) and visual assets, leveraging generative AI tools
- Experiment with emerging AI creative platforms — video generation, image generation, voice synthesis, automated editing — to build scalable content engines
- Craft and maintain distinct social identities and content calendars for sister brands and venture projects
- Monitor engagement metrics and audience feedback to continuously optimize reach and growth

Client Content Execution & Production (50%)

- Ideate, edit, and produce thumb-stopping short-form content for select client accounts using AI and traditional production techniques
- Confidently present AI-generated creative concepts, social calendars, and performance summaries during client meetings in fluent,



professional English
- Manage multi-platform content calendars, schedule posts, and oversee community engagement
- Collaborate with creative directors, performance marketers, and account managers to align content with performance strategy

What we're looking for

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, short-form video editing (TikTok, Reels, Shorts), and AI content creation
- Compelling portfolio required — demonstrating short-form video editing, visual storytelling, and content created or enhanced with generative AI tools
- Fluent in generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Higgsfield, or similar) for ideation, scripting, and visual/video generation
- Exceptional spoken and written English — confident presenting on calls with U.S.-based clients and executives
- Based in LATAM with reliable high-speed internet and a quiet workspace for client video calls
- Highly proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro, and Canva/Figma, plus AI workflow integration
- High-energy self-starter with a strong visual eye, thriving in a fast-paced agency environment
