Role Description

This full-time, remote Software Engineer role focuses on designing, developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions for TSAK’s clients and internal products.

The Software Engineer will be responsible for translating business and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and reliable software solutions. The role involves writing clean and well-structured code, developing and integrating software components and APIs, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with engineering, product, design, and other cross-functional teams.

Daily responsibilities include participating in code reviews, debugging and resolving technical issues, optimizing application performance, contributing to architecture and design decisions, and maintaining technical documentation. The role also involves working within agile development environments and staying current with modern software engineering practices, technologies,



and emerging solutions related to cloud computing and Artificial Intelligence.

Qualifications

- 4+ years of professional experience in Software Engineering or Software Development.
- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, software engineering principles, and system design.
- Hands-on experience developing software applications using modern programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.
- Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, clean code, and scalable application development.
- Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and their practical application in production codebases.
- Experience designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining APIs and software services.
- Experience working with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
- Experience with version control systems such as Git.
- Experience working in agile or lean development environments and collaborating within distributed teams.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Docker, automated testing, and modern DevOps practices is highly beneficial.
- Experience integrating third-party services, APIs, or cloud-based solutions is a plus.
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, LLMs, or AI-powered applications is a plus.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote environment.
