General Description

- Leading the day by day with the clients during the life of the project.

- Responsible for the overall planning, management, coordination and control of the execution of the tasks to ensure the achievement of the projects.

- Ensure an execution aligned with the deadlines and budget established in the client contract.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, plan, coordinate, and control projects from the kick off to their end.

- Create a work plan for the entire project..

- Facilitate communication between the internal departments (Services and Engineering) to meet clients requirements within the defined budget and timelines.

- Responsible for the creation of projects and tasks in the corresponding management system with the assistance of the Manager / Tech Manager.

- Control and monitor budget and deliverable deadlines.

- In conjunction with the Manager, anticipate problems that may occur: delays, lack of resources, technical blockages, stoppers, etc.

- Prepare weekly internal reports on the progress of the project.





- Coordination and management of internal meetings to align daily activities and plan next steps.

- Understanding of the clients and their business

- Responsible for generating meetings and conversations with the client.

- Regularly communicate project progress to the client, define next steps and set expectations, generating a long-term bond of trust.

- Generate and send internal and external notes/minutes.

- Prepare the final project report.

Knowledge & Education:

- Degrees: business administration, marketing, engineering or related

- Agile methodologies

- Project Management training

- Knowledge of Jira

- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Project)

- Knowledge of ecommerce

- English advanced
