You will own end-to-end recruitment across LATAM for professional, management, and operational roles, including manufacturing and plant-based positions, across multiple countries. You will design sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent and partner with Hiring Managers to deliver top talent. You will manage offers, onboarding, and build pipelines for critical roles, working with HR, Talent Acquisition and
