Role Summary

International Languages Service, Inc. (ILS) is a leading Language Service Company (LSC) headquartered in Florida.

Founded in 2003, we are a small, mission-driven team with a big impact—and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to help us scale smart. We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Operations Manager to help lead internal special project initiatives, run our end-to-end interpreter (contractors) recruitment process, translation project management, and oversee on-boarding and compliance processes. This person will collaborate across departments (leadership, marketing, and sales).

Working closely with leadership, this role will be instrumental in driving internal initiatives that drive strategy and operations. If you are interested in working within a mission-driven, tech-driven organization, we would be delighted to speak with you.

Workstreams to own, operationalize, and automate:

- Develop comprehensive weekly KPI & ROI reports, driving strategic decision-making and continuous operational improvements across client portfolios.
- Own the design and execution of cross-functional system and process improvement initiatives that connect offerings, GTM, sales, data, and delivery in a B2B AI-enabled environment
- Oversee our end-to-end on-boarding and recruitment processes.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top language talent.
- Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards,



and social media.
- Review resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.
- Working within a small, entrepreneurial organization, the Operations Manager will have the intellectual curiosity, and tech-acumen to drive strategic initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills

- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong process automation, KPI driven project planning.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage high-volume recruiting processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and other online recruiting tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Experience in education, healthcare or non-profits.
- Experience working within a management consultancy.
- Experience in customer success.
- Familiarity with interpreter training or language access fields.
- Experience with accreditation frameworks.
- Second or third language that you speak =)
- Experience with Entrepreneurial Operating Systems (EOS).
