- Assist with laptop setup, imaging, user onboarding, and hardware deployment for new hires.
- Can provide Level 1 IT support globally, including basic troubleshooting, user assistance, device setup, software installation, account/access issues, and initial incident assessment and escalation to the IT team
- Manage local hardware repairs and warranty claims with regional vendors (Apple, Dell,

- Local Procurement & Vendor Management
- Source local suppliers and vendors for IT hardware, office supplies, team meals, and company merchandise.
- Execute local purchasing in Spanish using company credit cards or expense accounts, bridging the gap for global teams in AU/PH.
- Manage local supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and maintain purchase
records/receipts for finance reconciliation.
- Serve as backup procurement support by assisting with purchase requests, supplier coordination, quotations, and procurement documentation as needed in other general sites.
Qualifications & Profile Required Skills & Experience:
- Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both English (to align with global leadership and PH IT) and Spanish (for local staff and vendors).
- Technical Aptitude: Tech-savvy with hands-on experience setting up, troubleshooting, and configuring laptops (Windows/Mac), basic peripherals, and office Wi-Fi setups.
- Organizational Ability: Extremely organized with high attention to detail for tracking inventory, assets, and purchasing receipts.
- Self-Starter & Resourceful: Comfortable wearing multiple hats, solving ambiguous problems locally, and acting as a bridge between central leadership and local staff.
