What You'll Do:
- Assist customers with order updates, shipping questions, tracking, address changes, exchanges, and product recommendations.
- Manage subscriptions, cancellations, refunds, and general billing inquiries.




- Coordinate with third-party logistics providers to resolve delivery issues and proactively communicate updates to customers.
- Answer pre-purchase product questions to help customers make informed buying decisions.
- Maintain accurate ticket documentation, tagging, and resolution to support reporting and continuous improvement.
- Deliver a consistently positive customer experience that reflects the company's brand values.

What We're Looking For:
- 3-5+ years of experience in customer support, preferably within e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (DTC) businesses.
- Experience using customer support platforms such as RichPanel, Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a steady volume of customer inquiries.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.
