The Role:
As an early member of the engineering team, you’ll have real ownership and influence: shaping product architecture, defining engineering standards, prototyping new features, and building systems that carriers, brokers, employers, and employees rely on every day.

You’re an engineer with strong product instincts who enjoys prototyping, experimenting, and iterating quickly. You understand that great products are not invented in one pass, but discovered through relentless iteration, customer feedback, and thoughtful execution.

What You’ll Do:
- Build full-stack product experiences
- Deliver polished frontend experiences
- Create delightful, high-quality user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks like Next.js. You may not be a designer, but you enjoy collaborating closely with design and care deeply about the details that make products feel intuitive and trustworthy.
