Role Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery across multiple platforms
- Participate in end-to-end testing activities, including functional, system, integration, network,



and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Design, implement, and enhance automated testing frameworks to improve efficiency, scalability, and test coverage
- Collaborate with development, product, and business teams to understand requirements, define test strategies, and ensure alignment on quality objectives
- Identify, document, and track defects, working closely with stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and root cause analysis
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices to enhance overall product quality
- Support release cycles by validating builds, performing regression testing, and ensuring readiness for production deployment
- Analyze test results and provide clear reporting and insights on quality metrics, risks, and improvement opportunities

Role Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
