DESCRIPTION:

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and execute a multi-year GTM strategy while consistently exceeding quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead with urgency and empathy — respond to mission-critical customer needs at speed while driving sustainable, long-term growth.
- Build and develop a world-class field sales team — own recruiting, coaching, retention, promotion pipelines, and leadership development.
- Orchestrate cross-functional teams (sales, solutions architecture, partners, professional services, product) to deliver integrated solutions that unlock growth for AWS and customers.
- Establish executive-level relationships within key accounts — particularly FSI — translating cloud capabilities into measurable business outcomes.
- Scale partner ecosystems (consulting partners, ISVs, technology partners)
to extend market reach and accelerate customer outcomes.
- Drive adoption of the full AWS portfolio across your customer base — from infrastructure modernization to data analytics and AI/ML.
