Sales Development Representative (SDR) | On Site

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performance environment? We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to play a critical role in generating new business opportunities and fueling revenue growth through strategic outbound prospecting.

Location: On Site

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

What You'll Do
- Execute outbound prospecting efforts through high-volume calling, email, and automated sequences.
- Engage prospects and conduct qualification conversations to assess fit and interest.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through consistent outreach activity.
- Quickly develop relationships and represent the company professionally.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach effectiveness and results.

- Preference for candidates with a stable work history.

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as an SDR, BDR, Inside Sales Representative, or in outbound sales.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools.
- Comfortable working in environments with a high call volume and activity-driven performance metrics.
