AgileEngine, LLC is seeking a ServiceNow Discovery Engineer to join an enterprise-scale discovery squad. You will design and build AI-driven agents that analyze discovery logs, classify failures, identify root causes, and propose corrections to probes and patterns with testing guardrails.
You will also develop observability agents monitoring MID Server health, throughput, and coverage, ensuring high data quality in the CMDB/CSDM and smooth discovery operations at scale.
