Overview
As Specialist Air Freight you will handle order processing and shipment registration, while organizing freight and customs handling activities, including import control. You will prepare and monitor offers, ensure accurate customer billing, and manage special orders as well as complaints. You will support and advise customers and agents, prepare delivery bills and customs documentation, and monitor deadlines to secure timely execution. In addition,
you will maintain performance statistics, document and optimize workflows, support supervisors in various projects, and manage documentation, filing, and general administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Order processing and shipment registration
- Organization of freight and customs handling, as well as import control
- Preparation and monitoring of offers
- Ensuring and processing billing to customers
- Processing of special orders, as well as complaints
- Supporting and advising the customers and agents

Qualifications
