Wripple's financial services client is looking for a Conceptual Art Director – Marketing Campaigns in Buenos Aires, Argentina to join their team for a 40-hour/week, 12-month contract with the potential to convert to full-time for the right fit.

This is an opportunity to own the creative idea from brief through execution for a leading general financial brand.

We’re looking for a conceptual thinker and campaign builder — not just a strong designer. The ideal candidate knows how to take a business or marketing challenge, uncover the creative opportunity within it, and develop an original campaign idea that can come to life across channels.

Working closely with a Creative Director, copywriters, designers, and marketing partners, the Conceptual Art Director will develop strategic, audience-relevant creative ideas and translate them into compelling visual concepts and campaign systems across digital, social, web, video, print, and other brand experiences.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own and contribute to the creative process from initial brief through final execution:




- Start with the brief. Understand the business and marketing challenge, audience insight, objectives, and strategic opportunity behind each assignment.
- Develop the big idea. Partner closely with copywriters and other creatives to generate original campaign concepts that solve the brief — not simply execute against an existing visual direction.
- Create the visual concept. Once the campaign idea is established, define how it comes to life visually through art direction, imagery, typography, composition, motion, and other elements of the brand experience.
- Build the campaign system. Develop a cohesive visual language that can flex across channels and formats while maintaining the integrity and impact of the core idea.
- Bring the idea to life. Direct and execute creative across touchpoints including digital, social, web, video, print, presentations, and other marketing experiences.
