Responsibilities
- Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Conduct preliminary screening interviews via video calls to assess candidate suitability.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.
- Serve as contact person for questions from candidates.
Qualifications
- Language Proficiency:
Advanced level of English (written and spoken) is required to communicate effectively with international candidates and US-based teams.
- Effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with Microsoft Office suite.
- High-energy and passion.
