Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Consultant Certified

Location: Remote Argentina

Part-Time (20 Hours/Week)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and certified SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) Consultant to support a 12-week implementation project. The consultant will work closely with key business users and project stakeholders based in India, making Brazil or Argentina preferred locations due to favorable time-zone overlap.

The adecuado candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (SF LMS) implementations, configuration, testing, integrations, troubleshooting, and business-user support.

This is an urgent requirement, and the selected consultant is expected to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS).
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into LMS solutions.
- Configure Learning Management System functionality based on business requirements.
- Support learning administration, catalogs, curricula, programs, and assignment profiles.
- Configure and manage learning items, courses, classes, and learning activities.
- Support user and administrator configuration within SuccessFactors Learning.
- Assist with LMS workflows, notifications, and automated learning assignments.
- Support integration requirements between SuccessFactors LMS and other enterprise systems.
- Participate in testing, defect resolution, and issue troubleshooting.
- Develop and maintain configuration and technical documentation.




- Work closely with business users and functional stakeholders based in India.
- Provide knowledge transfer and support to key users.
- Assist with UAT and production-readiness activities.
- Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Participate in project meetings and provide regular status updates.

Required Skills & Experience

- SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) certification is required.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors LMS implementations.
- Strong understanding of Learning Management processes.
- Experience with LMS configuration and administration.
- Experience with courses, curricula, programs, assignments, and learning activities.
- Experience with LMS testing and troubleshooting.
- Understanding of SuccessFactors integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional English communication skills.

Preferred Skills
- Previous experience working with globally distributed teams.
- Experience supporting business users in India or APAC.
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
- Experience with implementation, enhancement, or rollout projects.
- Portuguese or Spanish language skills are highly desirable.
- Brazil or Argentina-based candidates are strongly preferred.

Education & Certification
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field preferred.
- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification required.
