We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our globally distributed team! The ideal candidate will bring strong US GAAP expertise , excellent attention to detail, and proven experience in reconciliation, analysis, and financial reporting.

What You'll Do

- Review monthly property financial packages (Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, supporting schedules) for accuracy and completeness.
- Review operating property cash needs, contributions, and distribution requests; process and forward related bank confirmations.
- Prepare and record journal entries, accounts payable, and supporting documentation.
- Support annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and executive presentations at both corporate and fund levels.
- Prepare monthly executive dashboards and portfolio performance reports (commercial, multi-family, hospitality).
- Monitor and process debt service payments, including loan compliance (insurance, taxes, reporting, covenants).
- Review and process loan draw requests; prepare ACH authorizations and maintain debt service database.
- Support bank account openings,



online banking setup, and maintain banking access records.
- Assist with asset management fee billings and updates to the Chart of Accounts.
- Prepare audit schedules and assist with GAAP and fair value audits.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred emphasis in real estate or finance).
- 5+ years of accounting/finance experience, ideally in corporate real estate or property management; public accounting experience a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and enterprise accounting systems (Yardi strongly preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and improving processes through technology.
