Customertimes is seeking a senior Project Manager to lead Salesforce engagements from kickoff to go-live in our CTO Office. You will own scope, risks, and stakeholder communications across clients, Salesforce teams, and our delivery group in a hands-on, client-facing leadership role. In this position you will manage multiple Salesforce projects, maintain plans and RAID/RACI artifacts, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with portfolio leadership. EST/EDT alignment offered.
