What We Are Looking For

We're looking for an exceptional Software Engineer (Data and AI) to design, build, and ship agentic systems for our clients. This is a hands-on engineering role. You'll work in a mix of Python, TypeScript, and .NET, own features end to end, and make sure what you build stays reliable and maintainable once it's in a client's hands.

The tooling in this space is changing quickly and the standards are still settling. We'd like someone who keeps up with it and can tell the difference between what's ready for client work and what isn't.

Our team includes network architects, cloud architects, software developers, and security engineers. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experts with significant real-world experience and to work on high-impact projects.

Desired Skills

- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals
- Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, or .NET, and willingness to work across all three
- Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications that have shipped to real users
- Familiarity with agentic interoperability standards such as A2A (Agent2Agent), AG-UI, and MCP
- Experience building modern front-end applications with React
- Practical understanding of how to evaluate, trace, and debug non-deterministic systems
- Solid grasp of software design, testing, and code quality best practices
- Comfort with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows
- 2-5+ years of professional software engineering experience, or a strong public portfolio of open-source software
- Self-motivated and able to work independently within specified timelines
- Quick at picking up new technologies and frameworks




- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a team player
- Must be based in Argentina and available to work primarily on Eastern Time

Great to Have

- Experience with LiteLLM or similar model gateway and proxy layers
- Experience with Langfuse or comparable LLM observability and evaluation tooling
- Experience with agent orchestration frameworks such as Microsoft Agents Framework or LangGraph
- Retrieval-augmented generation, vector stores, and context engineering at scale
- Working knowledge of AWS and general cloud services, including Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or Vertex AI
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools such as Terraform
- Experience with containerization and orchestration such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong opinions about best practices in software development, but open to collaboration

This is a fully remote, full-time position. Only open to candidates based in Argentina available to work on Eastern Time . Pay for this position will be commensurate with experience.
