We are on the lookout for a Team Lead, Fulfillment in Santa Fe Springs, who shares our passion for being Customer Obsessed. In this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in being responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and effective receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of goods. This role involves leading a team of warehouse associates, coordinating activities, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and productivity. The adecuado candidate will have strong leadership skills, a background in logistics or warehouse management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Role Details:
Pay Rate: $22-$26 per hour
Schedule: 6am-4pm | Sunday-Wednesday OR 6am-4pm | Wednesday-Saturday

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of warehouse associates;
- Train new employees on company standards and procedures;
- Assign tasks and responsibilities, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity;




- Receiving and storing inventory delivered to the warehouse;
- Staging and sorting of items, palletizing, and crating;
- Provide regular reports on warehouse performance and key metrics (SLAs) to the operations leadership,
- Use of tools including but not limited to scanners, carts, hand trucks and dollies;
- Follow all 5S processes consistently and effectively;
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback;
- Ensure accurate inventory management, including stock counts and reconciliations;
- Implement and maintain warehouse processes and procedures to maximize efficiency;
- Enforce safety standards and protocols to ensure a safe working environment;
- Address and resolve any issues related to damaged or missing goods;
- Liaise with other departments, such as procurement, account management, and customer service, to coordinate activities and resolve issues;
