* Monitor project progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and report
to stakeholders regularly. Program timing and development plan for each ADAS
ECU/System.
* Oversee GIMS/Issue Management and burn-down processes, identifying and
resolving issues as they arise.
* Identify the need for and coordinate ADAS War Rooms when necessary.
* Lead Assembly Plant Pilot builds, ensuring smooth execution and timely
resolution of ADAS issues.
* Coordinate ADAS software implementation trials (PER trials) and collaborate
with EE SWAT team for End of Line (EOL) activities.
* Take the lead in resolving any ADAS SCA Vehicle Audit issues, ensuring
compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Provide support to Core Engineering Team, including part verification, APQP,
DV/PV, and Off Tool parts activities.
* Manage EBOM (Engineering Bill of Materials) and oversee Quality/Warranty
analysis, implementing necessary actions to address quality concerns.
* Coordinate Assembly Plant clean points and oversee Service Actions to enhance
product quality and customer satisfaction.
* Manufacturing support for calibration station and EOL.
* Investigate and Action Bulletins (Feasibility, Impact Analysis, Technical
Solution)
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; Master's degree
preferred.
* Proven experience in project management, particularly in the automotive
industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
effectively.
* Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to
convey technical concepts to diverse audiences.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with a strong ability to
analyze data and create compelling presentations.
* Results-driven with a focus on achieving project objectives and meeting
deadlines.
* Experience with budget management and cost analysis.
