En TÜV Rheinland Argentina estaremos incorporando un Asistente administrativo para el Departamento de Servicios Industriales. Su principal tarea será administrar el control de viáticos y brindar apoyo general al equipo de coordinadores, entre otras responsabilidades.

Tareas

Gestionar y controlar viáticos incluyendo la solicitud y la validación de comprobantes y facturas.

Procesar y enviar las rendiciones de gastos al área administrativa.

Gestionar la emisión de pasajes y la reserva de hospedajes.

Controlar el inventario de elementos de protección personal y gestionar su reposición.

Completar formularios para el registro de controles internos del área.

Requisitos

Secundario completo.

Experiencia en tareas administrativas similares con la descripción del puesto.

Manejo de herramientas informáticas.

Condiciones De Contratación

Contratación: relación de dependencia.

Jornada full time - modalidad: híbrida.

Oficina Colegiales, CABA. Argentina.
