Responsibilities:

- Strategic Training Planning : Design and own the Annual and Quarterly Training Master Plan, aligning educational programs with regional sales targets, marketing calendars, and major product launch cycles.
- HONOR Ecosystem Mastery : Deliver deep-dive training on unique brand selling points, including software, cross-device connectivity, eye-comfort display technology, and on-device AI features.
- Premium Sales Enablement : Translate complex technical specifications (such as Camera systems, Silicon-Carbon battery tech, and foldable hinge mechanics) into compelling commercial arguments, teaching floor staff how to upsell products.
- Curriculum & Content Creation : Develop up-to-date training modules, video micro-learning assets,



and quick-reference battle cards comparing devices directly against key competitors.
- Field Coaching & Retail Alignment : Visit promoter locations, carrier stores (e.g., Evidente, Tigo), and retail partners to evaluate staff performance on the floor, providing real-time feedback and corrective coaching.
- Training ROI & Analytics : Track and analyze training metrics (completion rates, certification scores, sales impact) to optimize the training plan and report educational ROI directly to HONOR senior leadership.
- Launch Readiness Campaigns : Coordinate fast-paced, high-impact training roadshows ahead of major device launches to ensure 100% readiness across all promoter and retail channels.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administrative careers.

Proven experience managing training in consumer electronics.

Familiarity with smartphone and AIoT categories.

Fluent in English (The hiring process will be in English).
