About the Role

We are looking for a Trainee UX/UI Designer to join our Product & Strategy Team. In a world where anyone can generate quick mockups, the real value lies in building scalable design systems, human-centered digital products, and high-performing mobile experiences. As part of our high-level acceleration program, you will bridge the gap between design theory and real-world execution.

This role offers an intensive, hands-on environment built for proactive minds who want to move beyond basic practice UI kits to create experiences that drive business impact and serve real users on mobile (iOS/Android) and web platforms.

What You Will Do (Day-to-Day & Learning Path)

- End-to-End Product Design: Gain practical experience across the full UX/UI cycle—from initial discovery, wireframes, and low-fidelity concepts to high-fidelity visual design and interactive prototypes.
- Production-Ready Mobile & Web Assets: Design interfaces, components, and layout systems ready for active development on consumer-facing mobile apps and digital platforms.
- Master Design Stack & Systems: Work directly with tools like Figma, leveraging auto-layout, component libraries, design tokens, and mobile design patterns (iOS/Android).
- Research & Usability Testing: Support user research, gather feedback, observe user behavior, synthesize qualitative/quantitative insights, and run usability tests to refine flows.
- Collaborative Squad Dynamics: Work closely alongside senior strategists, product managers, and developers for smooth design-to-code handoffs, design reviews, and documented design decisions.

Who You Are (Qualifications)





- Education & Background: Student or recent graduate in Design (Interaction, Graphic, Multimedia), HCI, IT, or a related field.
- Technical Foundation: Solid grasp of core UX/UI principles (information architecture, user flows, layout, typography, color theory, spacing, and consistency) with hands-on familiarity with tools like Figma.
- Mobile & Product Mindset: Passion for empathy-driven problem solving, data-informed design decisions, and an interest in mobile app ecosystems (iOS & Android patterns).
- Proactive & Organized: Self-driven, organized, highly detail-oriented, with strong time management skills to meet deadlines.
- Soft Skills: Clear written and verbal communication to present design rationale, high accountability, and an eagerness to take constructive feedback and grow.
- Language: Professional working proficiency in English is an advantage.
