- Develop and maintain relationships with project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure alignment on requirements and expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess costs, establish return on investment, and secure management approval for resources.
- Create and execute communication plans detailing status updates, frequency, and distribution to relevant parties.
- Manage multiple projects by developing and communicating project plans, schedules, and adhering to project management standards.
- Monitor project budgets, milestones, and transitions, identifying and escalating changes as needed.
- Provide supervision, mentoring, and development opportunities for associates to build a high-performing team.
- Promote continuous improvement, accountability, and adaptability to meet business and customer needs. What you’ll bring:

- Bentonville, Arkansas US-30008: The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00
- Bellevue, Washington US-11663: The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00
- Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field and 2 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in project management, business, operations, or related area.

1 year’s experience working in cross-functional teams.
