We are looking for a goal-oriented, English-speaking Booking Manager to manage all online client communication across our Danish studios. The LATAM timezone would be great. You will manage the entire client journey from initial social media inquiries to final bookings. Hopefully, you will be able to execute all that in just three messages, as the company’s founder does.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluent English: Advanced level required for internal chats. You'll use AI to flawlessly communicate with clients in Danish - welcome to the future!
- The Three-Message Maestro: Speed is key. Our founder can nail a booking in just three messages, and we want you to master this easy-to-learn "kung-fu".
- Laser Focus: We love recovering English teachers, customer support reps, customer success managers, project managers, virtual assistants, account managers, who never let a detail slip.
- No tattoo industry experience needed. We provide full training from scratch.
- Tech-Savvy Setup: You must be completely devoted to (or legally married to) your smartphone and high-speed internet. BYOD (Bring Your Own Device) is strictly required.
- Chaos Tolerance & Sarcasm: You’ll need a sense of humour to survive meetings with our founder. Once you're 80% trained, expect workflow chaos that you'll tame and organize yourself.

What You’ll Be Doing:





- Chat with clients daily across Meta Business Suite (Instagram and Facebook), email, our booking platform (Fresha) and other digital channels, answering clients’ questions and getting them booked for a tattoo session.
- Dive into client ideas, help them shape their vision, and match them with the absolute best artist for their specific project. Again, we will teach you everything you need to know about it.
- Lock in project bookings, handle deposits through our automated system, and schedule consultations with tattoo artists (you won’t ever have to speak to our clients).
- Work 8 hours per day with a adaptable schedule (timezone of your choosing), Monday to Friday (Tuesday to Sunday is also possible). Your weekends should be sacred (no client talk, just memes and rest).

What This Role Is NOT:

❌ Not tattooing.

❌ Not body piercing or studio cleaning.

❌ Not cold calling or client searching.

❌ Not standard customer support ticket handling.

- Competitive Pay: USD $900-1350 per month (via WISE/ACH), depending on experience and your bonuses.
