Mini-O backyard pods is seeking a Fulfillment lead to own pods built on time, on budget, and matching renders. You will oversee factory-built or on-site kits, monitor progress, ensure quality docs, and drive lead-time improvements.
You will negotiate costs, identify bottlenecks, and report weekly on lead times, projects, and gross profit. This role offers remote flexibility, 3 weeks off plus US holidays, and a monthly USD 3k–3.5k with 2.5% net profit share.
