THE/STUDIO is seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to own the post-sales relationship and guide clients through product development and custom manufacturing. You will onboard new customers and serve as the bridge between clients, design teams, and factories.
You’ll monitor projects, unblock delays, provide feedback on fabrics and specs, and identify growth opportunities as production runs complete. This role is fully remote with general teams and a startup mindset is valued.
