Accounting Intern, Arla - AFI, Buenos Aires

How you will make an impact

Reporting to the Accounting Team Leader, you will support the Accounting and Finance team with operational, analytical, and regulatory activities. This is an Intern / Trainee position designed to provide practical exposure to a varied range of finance processes.

- Post journal entries and complete bank-account reconciliations.
- Collect, organise, and maintain supporting accounting documentation.
- Support budget monitoring and analyse variances in financial results.
- Assist with internal and external audits, government surveys, and reporting requirements.
- Support the preparation of accounting books and relevant IGJ compliance requirements.

What will make you successful

You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Accounting, preferred, or Business Administration, and you have completed introductory accounting coursework. Previous work experience or an internship would be helpful, but it is not required.

You bring intermediate to advanced Excel skills and a sound foundation in accounting principles.



English proficiency and knowledge of AI tools would be advantageous rather than essential. You approach detailed information carefully, enjoy analysing figures, collaborate effectively with others, and take a proactive approach to learning and completing your work.
