We’re looking for a mathematically trained mind—someone with a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Quantitative Psychology, or Behavioral Economics—to build statistical frameworks that decode psychological patterns in viral video content.

In this role, you’ll act as a cognitive researcher and quantitative strategist: modeling retention data, isolating visual/auditory variables, and reverse-engineering the psychological triggers that drive audience engagement and result in predictable virality across media platforms.

What You’ll Do
- Decode Psychological Patterns via Data: Analyze multi-platform retention graphs and engagement datasets to map exact micro-moments where human attention peaks, wavers, or drops off.
- Build Behavioral & Statistical Frameworks: Develop mathematical frameworks to model psychological phenomena—such as cognitive load, curiosity gaps, pacing resonance, and dynamic attention spans—across different visual structures.
- Isolate & Test Creative Variables: Formulate rigorous hypotheses to isolate individual variables (e.g., visual density,



frame-rate changes, audio frequency shifts, narrative structure) and measure their statistical impact on audience psychology.
- Reverse-Engineer Platform Algorithms: Map algorithmic feedback loops back to human behavior, turning platform analytics into actionable blueprints for high-performing content.
- Direct & Prototype Experimental Edits: Construct rapid visual prototypes and structural edits to test psychological hypotheses in real time, serving as the bridge between statistical insight and visual execution.

Who You Are
- Quantitatively Grounded: You hold (or are pursuing) a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Quantitative Psychology, or Behavioral Economics. Concepts like statistical significance, probability distribution, regression modeling, and noise vs. signal are second nature to you.
